It is a key element of energy stability in Slovenia, while also being closely connected to the transmission networks of neighbouring countries and integrated into the European energy system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">ELES boasts one of the most technologically advanced networks, for which it plans advanced management and maintenance approaches. To this end, we are developing a 3D viewer, ELES&#8217;s first digital twin of high-voltage infrastructure.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is designed to support asset management, projects, and maintenance processes, as it provides users with a unified 3D insight into the infrastructure and related technical, spatial, and operational data in one place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">It is conceived as a long-term platform for the development of advanced management and maintenance approaches. It is connected to the client&#8217;s existing information systems and enables the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>integration <\/strong>of spatial, technical, and descriptive <strong>data<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>a unified overview<\/strong> of assets, devices, and facilities,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the use of data for further <strong>analysis <\/strong>and <strong>decision support<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">The solution enables multi-level viewing of facilities and devices, linking 3D visualisation with data from backend information systems, and access to associated technical documentation, which significantly simplifies the work of expert services and improves the transparency of the network&#8217;s status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Effects<\/strong> of the solution:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Greater <strong>transparency, reliability, and work efficiency<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Unified and transparent <strong>3D insight into HV infrastructure<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Faster access to <strong>key technical and spatial information<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Better support for <strong>asset and project management<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Foundation for <strong>more modern maintenance approaches<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The 3D viewer \u2013 an information solution for the spatial and data-driven overview of high-voltage (HV) power infrastructure \u2013 is ELES&#8217;s first digital twin.
